  3. Week #2: Intense workout session, Nutrition guidance, & Home workouts
  4. Week #3: Weigh-In/Measurement/Progress Pictures #2, Intense Workouts/Specialty classes.
  5. Week #4-5: Kick Butt Workouts,Bring a Friend Days
  6. Week#6: Final Testing/Measurements/Photos
  7. GRADUATION DAY! and Awards celebration.
