I Work for the Department of Corrections. I am Happily Married with 4 kids and Grand Kids.

What do you do when you are not at CrossFit?:
I like to Golf, & spend time with my family.

What has been your favorite moment since joining?:
Seeing the Results. Already lost 17lbs in 3 MONTHS!

What advice would you give people just starting CF?:
Keep in mind that you are not competing with the other athletes. Stay at your own pace. CrossFit allows you to do that, stay encouraged, results will follow.

What is your favorite WOD/Movement so far?:
Believe it or not , I actually like SLED PUSHES. Most athletes hate it.

What is your “Least” Favorite WOD/Movement?:
THRUSTERS! and Lunges with weight overhead.

Name one of your goals you would like to accomplish through CF?
My weight was 215Lbs when i started CF. My main goal is to get down to 168LBS.

What is one thing you have done at CFC that you never thought you would?:
Do more than 1 Pull-up. Also Handstand push-up.

Im a Farm Manager at my families farm (Live Oak Farms) in Le Grand.

What do you do when you are not at CrossFit?:
Farm, Play Sports, Snowboard and Wakeboard.

What has been your favorite moment since joining?:
Hitting PR in my Squat and Bench Press.

What advice would you give people just starting CF?:
You’re going to hot road blocks, keep pushing through them.

What is your favorite WOD/Movement so far?:
Power Clean

What is your “Least” Favorite WOD/Movement?:
Wall Balls

Name one of your goals you would like to accomplish through CF?
Get to “Fire Breather” Highest level and Pass.

What is one thing you have done at CFC that you never thought you would?:
MURPH

Tell us about yourself/family: Currently, I’m a stay at home mom to Madison (4) and Nathanael (1) and married to my hard working hubby, Brandon. Previously , i graduated from Fresno State with my BA in Natural Sciences and was a teacher for Los Banos Unified.

What do you do when you are not at CrossFit?: When I’m not at CFC, Im usually taking care of my kids, working of SL Goodell Insurance Services as an account manager and in my free time, I love beach vacations and eating good food!

What has been your favorite moment since joining?: In the 3 years at CF, My favorite moment happened most recently when I accomplished my DOUBLE UNDERS. Tears of joy streamed down my face as i fought every mental block in my head to physically conquer a huge goal.

What advice would you give people just starting CF?: Just keep Going… and Never underestimate one’s true capabilities.

What is your favorite WOD/Movement so far?: My Favorite movement would be Snatches and Cleans. I also have learned to love running.

What is your “Least” Favorite WOD/Movement?: My Least favorite movement would be any type of lunges especially the weighted over head ones.

Name one of your goals you would like to accomplish through CF? My biggest goal is learning to accept that I am capable of doing any movement or WOD and also getting a Muscle-up!

What is one thing you have done at CFC that you never thought you would?: Just about Everything!
