2 BARS – one for Each teammate.
P1 is Working while P2 is Holding Barbell off the ground. If Barbell Touches the ground at any point during AMRAP 5 Burpees must be completed by each Teammate. You may rest at that time without barbell. Once barbell is back up you continue on.
