Reminder: TUESDAY 5:30pm is now dedicated to KICKBOXING class . We definitely recommend all of our athletes to try this class out, as it is a great Cardio Supplemental workout ! This is totally separate from CFC and we will be charged for each class so this is a separate fee for everyone .But, We will be giving our CFC members a 15% discount and possibly more discount in future. 🙂 Thank you and we will see you at the Box!
