A.) Squat Clean 1RM (15min)

*Warm up to 90% and then 3 attempts for a new max – then move on. Goal is to not impact back squat max attempt.


B.) Back Squat 1RM (15min)

Try to go for a new max on set 8. Rest at least 2:30 min between sets above 85%


C.)If Time:

Back Squat(3 X 2)@85%
