Today there will be no yoga class tonight, but we will be holding a mobility WOD/ROM WOD with Allie. This class will be mobility and stretching class. We all need more mobility, so we hope to see you here.

Slam Balls X 15

Bar Side Rotations X10

Roll Outs X10
