BARBELL RODEO SET-UP WILL START AT 5:30P . **NO 5:30-7:30 CLASSES TONIGHT. All Help is welcome!

Bench Press x 6-8 reps (*cue no bounce off chest)

Rest 60 seconds

Strict Pull-Ups x Max Reps OR Pull-Ups x 3-5 reps with 3-5 sec hold at top

Rest 60 seconds

B.

30 Heavy Kettlebell Swings
