Metcon (4 Rounds for weight)
Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes, alternating between:
Set 1 – 4 Backsquats
Set 2 – 30 Sit-ups
*Start around 60% and add each set. Should not get so heavy that you’re in need of a spot or miss a rep.
