**Today is a little different – kind of a athletes choice workout. Use it wisely and pick something you need to get better at, not something that’s easy for you. Your coaches are ready to help so don’t be shy!

**Options for Movement 1: Double Unders, Burpees, Bike, Row, Run, Box jumps. *Brandon BENCH PRESS? LOL

**Movement 2: Pull ups, Ring dips, Muscle ups, Toes to bar, Kipping HSPU.
