Zombie vs Living-

3 Rounds

10 Front Squat

31 Double Unders

20 Wall Balls
rest 3 minutes
3 rounds

10 power cleans

13 burpees

14 lateral jumps (24″/20″)
* Two groups ( living and the zombies ) The Living will go 2 minutes ahead of zombies. If the zombies catch anyone in the living (beat or tie their score) then the one caught has to do 25 burpees. For the second WOD the living will become the zombies and the zombies the living.


This WOD will be revisited at the end of our 4 week challenge…

“Get A Grip”

Teams of two must complete 100 repetitions of the following complex:

1 Deadlift (95/65)

1 Squat Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

1 Push Jerk

*The weight cannot touch the floor at any point during the workout. The partner who hands the bar off must immediately run 400 meters before he or she may receive the weight back from his or her partner.

Yosemite Hike

No class today as we are Hiking Yosemite today!!

Athletes that are attending  our adventure, please meet up at the gym at 6am we will be heading out no later than 6:15am.  We will have athletes that have room in there cars so we are able to carpool. 

Make sure to bring water/cash/& snacks. As far as attire : wear tight fitting workout clothes and shoes that have more grip to them. Bring a jacket just it case it gets cold. See ya in the AM!!


“Team-up & Shape-Up” CHALLENGE Details:

**We will be holding a Challenge Kick off Meeting MONDAY 24th at 6:30pm!

-Measurements & Pictures need to be in by Monday. Your Chosen Team Leader (which will be chosen monday at meeting) will collect and help with any measurements.

-Picture Requirements: 4 Photos- Front,Back, Each Side. * Please wear tight fitting clothing/Final pictures must be done in same attire.  SEND to Crossfitchowchilla@outlook.com (will only be seen by your team leaders)
