This week:

-STRENGTH Class is BACK  On! Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 7:30am & 6:30pm (athletes may complete normal WOD during this time but as Open gym Style)

-SATURDAY Class this weekend is CANCELED. Some of your Coaches will be Gone Completing a SPARTAN BEAST (14 mils/35 obstacles) in Lake Tahoe. Wish Allie & April luck this weekend!

  • FYI Our 7:30PM classes have been very “Slim” so please be prepared for changes in schedule to come if this doesn’t change. Thank You and have a great week. See you at the BOX!:)

Front Squat x 1 rep

Push Press x 1 rep

*You must perform 5 burpees any time the weight settles on the ground.
