-STRENGTH Class is BACK On! Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 7:30am & 6:30pm (athletes may complete normal WOD during this time but as Open gym Style)
-SATURDAY Class this weekend is CANCELED. Some of your Coaches will be Gone Completing a SPARTAN BEAST (14 mils/35 obstacles) in Lake Tahoe. Wish Allie & April luck this weekend!
