CFC News: 

  • 7:30pm classes are back on:(M,T,TH,F)
  • Kids Classes will start Next Tuesday Aug.23rd at 3:45pm on (Tue/Thur)
  • This week YOGA & Saturday classes are Canceled . (Sorry for any inconvenience) *yoga Wednesday 5:30pm class will be a normal CF WOD.
