Overhead Squat 10-10

*work up to the weight you will use for first set of 10 (2x10reps)

*Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:

1 Snatch, 155/105 lbs

3 Clean & Jerks, 155/105 lbs

*Goal: 5+ Rounds
