Rest as needed between sets.

*15 min to work up to a heavy single clean and jerk


Every 1 min for 21 mins, alternating between:

10 Dumbbell Thrusters, 45/35 lbs

Farmer Carry, 45/35 lbs, 50 m

10 Strict Pull-ups
