Attention due to no athletes signing up our Fathers Day  WOD is Cancelled. Gym will now be closed tomorrow. 

CF WOD:

50-35-20 reps, for time of:

Wall Ball, 20/14 lbs

Pull-up

*Goal: sub 10 min

2 x 200 meters (:30 sec rest between)

Rest 1 min

2 x 400 meters (1:00 min rest between)

Rest 1 min

2 x 600 meters (1:30 min rest between)

Rest 1 min

2 x 800 meters (2:00 rest between)
