For time:

75 Medicine Ball Cleans, 20/14 lbs

50 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs

25 Front Squats, 185/125 lbs

15 Dips


EMOM 10:

Run 200m

With the time remaining in each minute perform max reps of K2E


EXTRA WORK:(for athlete to do on own time)

Hollow Rock 3x 30 secs
