If your name is not on the list and you feel you should be testing please contact Coach Allie. Testing will begin Monday MAY 23rd and will be done throughout the week. (LEVELS: CrossFitter,Arrowhead,Competitor.)

Hang Snatch 2-2-2-2-2

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.


5 rounds for time of:

10 Dumbbell Push Press, 55/35 lbs

15 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

30 Double Unders
