SATURDAY WOD will be now held at CFC box due to Rain and not enough athletes signing up. We will see you all at the box for our Mothers day WOD!!:)

CF WOD:

A.) Hang Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3

*Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

3 Deadlifts, 335/235 lbs

9 Handstand Push-ups
