A.)Reverse Barbell Lunge 2×20

Use the same weight each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

*20 = 10 reps on each leg

*Keep lead foot on a plate. Do all 10 on one leg, then switch.


B.)7 rounds for time of:

7 Squat Cleans, 135/105 lbs

14 Under Overs, 24/20 in

*Goal: Sub 15 min
