Tis the season to stay FIT! There are tons of temptations out there , like family gatherings,friends holiday parties & all those delicious festive treats. Tips to stay on track: 

  • Of course, If your going to eat bad make sure to get your WODs in for the week! 
  • Limit your holiday eating to the one day! (Yes I know leftovers are bomb)
  • If your at a holiday party keep a small plate in hand with the better choices of snacks so you actually see what your eating, instead of just grabbing and going. 
  • If your drinking then try to skip dessert! Treat the drinks as your dessert. 

Just some small ideas to staying on track!
