CF WOD:

10 rounds: 1 rd every 2 mins

5 reps Deadlift (70%1RM)

3 reps Squat Clean and Jerk (80%1rm)

1 rep Squat Snatch (90%1Rm)

*should be a good heavy weight. Not a touch and go. But make the Snatch be the wt indicator
