Make sure to introduce yourself to all of our new CFC athletes! 

CF WOD:
Deadlift:

5 reps @ 75-80%

3 reps @ 80-85%

1 rep @ 85-90%

5 reps @ 80-85%

3 reps @ 85-90%

Then…

AMRAP 8 minutes of:

10 Pull-Ups

15 Hang Clean

30 Double-Unders
