Yoga @5:30 & Today we have our very first Strength Class @7:30pm. If this class has good attendance we will keep it!:) Strength Class is strictly dedicated to of course Strength/olympic lifts/technique/ and supplemental work. *It is not a Timed WOD & is not for “On-ramp” athletes.
