10 Round EMOM: (20 min clock)

**each round is 2 minutes long consisting of 2 parts

Odd min: 10 Med ball Sit-ups + 1 Snatch/OHS (95/75#, 75%1RM)

Even min: 5 burpees + 10 KB swing (g/y)

*should have 20-30 secs rest in each minute
