4 Man team (2 men/2women) if possible

30x Ground 2 Overhead (135/95)

100m Weighted Run

35x Wall Balls (24/20)

2 Wall Walks

* team alternates male/female. each player completes station in order. Partner 2 can not progress til partner 1 is done with station in front of them.
