CF WOD:

Tabata and a Half Squats

Back Squats (135/95, wt to get 25-30UB)

*8 rds of 20 sec max reps 10 sec rest for a total of 4 minutes

.4 min REST

Front Squats (same as above)

*4 rds of 20 secs max reps 10 sec rest for a total of 2 minutes

*Take from the rack on both back and front squats!!!

then…

12 min AMRAP:

12 reps Power Snatch (115/75#, wt to get 12-15 UB)

12 reps Burpees

12 reps Toes to Bar
