NEW On-Ramp starts today! 6:30am & 5:30pm classes dedicated to them, if you can’t make any other class time feel free to still attend the class and do an old On-Ramp WOD.

We are passed halfway mark and making our way to the finish line. Stay strong with your choices and keep the food prepping going. At this point we should take progress pictures and be keeping track of what works for us and what doesn’t.
Make sure to be getting your WODs in but listening to your body and not over training yourself. Yes you need those Rest days!
