Prepare for some longer Distance running. Avoiding WODs you don’t want to do is only hurting yourself. The things we need to work on Most are the things our brain wants to skip! So Get this done and feel proud once you accomplish it!! 

 Tonight the CrossFit 15.1 open workout will be announced so make sure to watch it ! We will all be completing the CF open workouts the day after they are announced… So every Friday.
