*Minute 2 – 135/95 lbs

*Minute 3 – 155/105 lbs

*Minute 4 – 165/115 lbs

*Minute 5 – 175/125 lbs

then..

Three rounds:

10 Goblet Squats

15 Box Jump Overs or Step-Overs

20 Alternating Reverse Lunges with Kettle bell
