HELLO Monday! FYI the 6:30am and 5:30pm classes are back as we have concluded our On-Ramp #5.

Also, We want to thank everyone to coming to our PROMO ceremony friday night, and congrats to everyone who promoted. You all have improved and changed soo much and we are proud to have you part of our CrossFit family. Hope everyone had a great weekend, and prepared themselves with healthy food for the week ahead.
