Thank you everyone who came to the mobility recovery wod. We wanted to give you guys good tips and tools and poses to do for certain movements that we do in Crossfit. Got to keep you guys mobile. Hopefully in the near future we will have a yoga class as well as some stretching classes to come. Happy Thursday and we will see you at the box!!
