Wednesday Rest Day! Reminder Class time are: 12noon,4:30pm,5:30 (Recovery WOD),6:30pm.
5:30pm will be a Recovery Mobility WOD, perfect for those who need a rest day but want focus on certain sore points in the body, and relax themselves with stretches,yoga,and mobility techniques.
EMOM- 15 minutes:
1st minute – 5 Power Clean @ 65-75% of 1RM
2nd minute – 200 Meter Run
3rd minute – 20 Ring Dips
