Recovery WOD

RECOVERY WOD– recover from all of that FOOOOOOOOD and most likely alcohol. Come sweat it out at the gym @ either 4:30PM or 6:30PM.

“Chipper”
800m run
11 Power Snatches (75/55)
28 Weighted Lunges (front rack)
20 Med Ball Sit-ups
14 Strict Pull-ups
400m run
